I guess I didn’t have CoVid in November...

Post by AJMD429 »

.

...had all the classic symptoms; horrific myalgia, severe chills, fever, mental fog, slight cough, loss of taste, rapid onset, known exposure, and was stupidly not on any preventatives. Working 75 hrs a week too.

But swabs were negative.

We’ve seen that though; false negative more often than false positive, but both possible.

Fast forward to last week, taking a decent preventative regimen, although I had donated my ivermectin pills to a patient whose pharmacy had them on back order and she really needed them right away, only to realize my insurance wouldn’t just replace three months of my medication after a couple weeks. Instead of GoodRx $47 we went Feed Store $27. Ir could be we got a bad batch, or didn’t take it with food, or could be that since my NP had cut from 4 days a week to 1-1/2, and I had worked three weeks in a row at 87 hours or so it was just too much.

Either way I got pretty much the same ‘viral’ symptoms as before only they keep geting worse rather than better. Short of breath and oxygen drops just to get out of bed. Swab pending but it sure sees to be CoVid this time.

Been out of office all week; to short of breath to even try telephone visits.

Same here most of last year.
Now, I'm wondering if, even 6 weeks after the 2nd Pfizer, I'm coming down with it again.
Or, am I old, achey, a bit of COPD, and depressed?

So sorry to hear Doc. Prayers you get well soon.
It somehow seems worse to hear it hit you. You help so many people and seem very generous in that pursuit.

4 milligrams for every 2.2 pounds that you weigh. 220 pounds takes 400 mg. 180 pounds 327 mg.

Don't forget to move that decimal point with my first post. It was based on 4 mg per kg, not 0.4 mg per kg as it was supposed to be. That first post is more than needed.

That does not surprise me Doc.....docs are around lots of sick people....has something to do with their job...duuhhhhh... :D

The breathing part worries us here if we catch it so we keep it simple....no vaccines, no guests, chain at the end of the driveway, we stay home and only go out absolutely by necessity.....have everything we need, want and like right here. We like it as now there's an excellent excuse for people who call and want to fill in their day by sponging off us...get out!

No need to socialize as we both dislike people.

Hope ya feel better....my orders are for you to "take 2 Colts and a Winchester and PM me tomorrow".----006

It’s sunny out today so I’m going to go sit outside like an old man at a TB sanitarium.

It will take a nebulizer treatment to get me to walk that far though; two weeks ago I moved about #160 twelve inch concrete block all by hand. :|

AJ, you know what to do. Sunshine makes Vitamin D. Have your wife get you some Tonic Water. Quinine in it. Take your Zinc and Vitamin C. Nebulizer treatment as necessary. Maybe Pulmicore in the nebulizer because the steroid it is can help the lungs to not swell up. Take your Ivermectin. Write yourself a prescription for Hydroxychloroquine. It is no longer a "prohibited" item. Take a Z-Pak. Take a Medrol DosePak. You know all this. Now take care of yourself. You cannot continue to help evrryone else if you do not take care of yourself.
Prayers continuing.

Nebulized glutathione (strong pulmonary anti inflammatory effect) and an early start on fluvoxamine (to reduce vascular endothelial pathology from platelet-stores of serotonin), as well as cyptoheptadine (blocks seratonin and reduces vasospasm) in the interim, along with nubulized budesonide and higher-dose ivermectin per the updated www.FLCCC.net protocol seem to be helping.

As I tell my kids, “...I ain’t dead yet; it is on my bucket-list, but I’m procrastinating as usual...

I had it bad last June. 2 weeks of sick as I have ever been. Seemed like it just wouldn't leave and symptoms remained for a long time, especially shortness of breath. Also, a strange metallic taste in my mouth and sinuses that I still have at times. I'm 62yrs old, take no meds, am about 30lbs overweight and have no health issues, thank God, other than these lingering symptoms. This is different than any virus or flu or any illness I've ever had. I can see how it could kill those with underlying conditions. It is serious business if you get the full effect. I hope you fare better and recover completely!
