The FBI raided Rudy Giuliani's home and office

Post by Scott Tschirhart »

This is state-sanctioned thuggery in my eyes. They are looking for communications between Giuliani and John Solomon (a journalist). So much for freedom of the press.

.

I heard they were looking for evidence that he has been acting as an unregistered foreign agent. I don't recall which country's BS he was selling.

It's my belief that the Biden administration is simply hunting down Trump associates.

With that said, Rudy has always been a shady character. Maybe it's that New Yawk mystique.

Government office attracts the power-mad, yet it's people who just want to be left alone to live life on their own terms who are considered dangerous.

History teaches that it's a small window in which people can fight back before it is too dangerous to fight back.

I think that Republicans and Democrats are (for the most part) two sides of the same coin.

From another place and time, but it fits pretty well with where we are today.

As far as ‘losertarians’, the founding principles of the US are pretty much libertarian, actually.

But over time, our system has unfortunately degenerated to a ‘two party’ one where we are stuck with the ‘lesser of two evils’.

But there is no incentive to be anything other than ‘just not quite as bad as the Democrat’, so that’s why we have been ratcheting towards statism year after year. Perhaps if our Republican State Committees actually were interested in genuine conservative, Constitutional principles, instead of just gerrymandering and keeping their good-old-boy buddies in power, it would be different.

And no, I wouldn’t want the Democrats picking the judges, but on the other hand, once the Democrats get all our semi-autos banned, or ‘only’ registered....how many of your lovely Republicans will EVER have the balls to push relentlessly for elimination of NFA restrictions, and permanent destruction of ALL registration lists...????

Libertarians would.

So on the ‘Gun’ issue, you have Democrats scoring about a ‘zero’ on the Second Amendment Integrity Scale, and the Republicans about a one or two (a few might be a four or five), and on that scale the Libertarians would run more like fifty to one hundred.

THAT is how different ‘losertarians’ are from Democrats and Republicans, and how typically similar, and similarly unreliable, the two ‘mainstream’ parties have become.

We may be ‘stuck’ with the system, but if we don’t at least push back and primary-out the 90% of nominal ‘Republicans’ who are destroying the nation every bit as much as their Democrat buddies, we are complicit in the destruction ourselves as well.

The days of congratulating ourselves for being sure we got an empty-suit elected just because the attached lapel-pin has an elephant on it instead of a donkey, need to pass if we want our nation to survive.

So....Are you planning to vote for socialists since it doesn't make any difference? Of course, you're not.

That wasn't my plan. We have two people in the Senate that are worth a darn. Ron Paul and Ted Cruz (and I am very concerned about Cruz). All 98 of the other Senators voted to approve the #2 position at the Justice Department recently. One of her first orders of business was to sign off on on this raid (as is necessary under DOJ regulations about raiding a practicing attorney to protect the privileges that belong to that attorney's clients).

Most of them are too afraid of what the Slimestream News will say. Rand Paul is really showing what he is made of. I am proud of him. Ted Cruz is pretty good most of the time.
