U.S. Supreme Court taking up a new gun case

Post by Scott Tschirhart »

This is interesting and very unusual for the Court:

This may be some of what the court packing issue may be about.

call me cynical BUT I read this as NOW THE ENTIRE COURT IS BOUGHT AND INTIMIDATED and BLACKMAILED, and we can't win there.

I am going to Heaven where I will live in a totally just and uncorrupt Kingdom, forever.

the point of my post is that I think the fix against constitutional Americans is already in. as in, it's a timing thing.

the election was stolen. Trump had a deciding victory when the counting stopped and the fraud started. so we live in a phony third world dictatorship with an illegal government. i actually don't know where a person could find anything any better than Heaven.

and it's a fact of history, so far, that corruption this deep and wicked and pervasive, does not get voted out of office.

if you have a fix for the fix we're in i would certainly like to hear it.

I don't disagree with anything you said.

I am licensed to practice before the Supreme Court and I have had cases that went up. So far, I haven't been able to do an oral argument, but I am hoping to do one someday.

That being said, because of the nature of my practice (mainly the police shooting cases), I watch the Court very closely. They take very few cases and in recent years they have seemed to be very reluctant to take Second Amendment cases in particular. So, I am encouraged that they chose to hear this one. I don't have a chrystal ball, but we may see something interesting here.

I agree with you, Grizz. It was the first thing I thought too.
I think we have been on the same page for a while on these matters.

Ah, a prophet? But I am totally open to your plan. How exactly will you prevent the marxist government from bullying the court, as they already have numerous times in our lifetime.

Do you confuse or conflate the government with the Nation? Shall a patriotic American not expose the puss that passes for government? Is it our government, right or wrong?

Waiting for your fix. What's the Plan?

Our Texas Governor says that he will sign a constitutional carry bill if we can get it out of the Senate.

People, who might otherwise be well-meaning went to a Republican Senator's home and acted stupid. Some people don't react well to threats and this Senator got his back up.

President Biden talked last night about the folks that acted the fool at the U.S. Capitol in January.

We can shoot ourselves in the foot when we do things without considering the consequences. We need to be smarter.
