That does not look like a justifiable shooting from what I can see. Unless she was pointing a firearm at him.

I make my living defending police officers and police departments in civil rights (mainly use of force) cases. If I represented the Department, and I saw this and no other video or other exculpatory evidence, I would be advising my client to write a check.

Speaking of hypocrisy..... Anybody else see the interview of rep. walz (fl. r) he was said to have been the "suit" who swooned and fell and had to be helped up by a fellow congressman. He cried like a little girl and said that....."I feared more than I ever did in iraq " This guy was a green beret.

I'm thinking of all those hard working honest folk who lived through all of those riots last year and faced equal or greater danger(s) and did not whine or whimper.....

The ‘news’ media told us all the time that when the Black Lives Matter people were burning down buildings, shooting people, and looting businesses, that that was all Trump’s fault because they were agent provocateurs somehow involved.

But now when you have several hundred thousand peaceful protesters who just listen to a speech where Trump told them they should peacefully assemble and rely on the legal system and the constitution to rectify things, and 100 or so who mostly appear not to even be part of that group of protesters cause very minimal violence compared to Black Lives Matter, Barr gets up on his self anointed high horse of moral virtue and condemns Trump...???

The number of people in politics with any integrity can be counted on one hand.
