I recently bought out my Easy Pay Life and am now a "real" life member. I'm also a Life Member of The Second Amendment Foundation. They do just as much good as the NRA, but mostly in court battles.

I have been a life member from about 1972 and have given enough to be Endowment. I have voted when my ballot has made it to where I was (which was not often until about 3 years ago). My selection of for the 7 I voted for was mainly anyone not on the board, and people that were upset over the transparency and MONEY operations. This year I gave my donation to GOA instead of the NRA.

I'm one step up from Life which I did last time they needed money AND made all my kids life.
We are all trimming the fat to make it by, NRA needs to do the same.
Maybe this is wrong but I would concentrate winning all the legal battles when that's done there will be time for programs if you don't win the legal battle programs are for not anyhow.
