Thanks Hagler, my picture posting-fu was weak. I finally figured it out though, been a long time since I've posted any pics on the web.

Holster and powder measure

Post by Yance »

OK, up for grabs is an "experienced" Safariland "upside down" shoulder holster stamped S&W 19. Since my J frames fall out I'm assuming this holster is for a 2" barreled K frame. Too bad I traded off my LNIB M-12 Smith. (Gone to budliteguy)

Next is a great vinatge Luger American Corp Model 80 powder measure with stand. (Gone to levers)

Have no idea how small a charge of Bullseye this will throw but it'll be almost nothing. MAX is 77 gr of IMR 3031. (That's just what I happened to check it with)

Wes....I would like the Weaver Rings if still available. Waited a few days to give someone else a chance, felt like I was being too greedy.

I still have the 2 holsters and the 1911 mag left for grabs from my list on page 7.

I haven't went thru my storage but I'll post what I have from memory. That'll help get me off my butt as well if anybody can use what I have.

Weaver 2 piece bases for Winchester AE.
Ruger Blackhawk grips, stock. Came off my 45 Colt.
Lee factory powder scale.

Crow calling tape: I'm also going to see if I can find a two side tape deck and record a crow calling tape if anybody is interested in one of those. First and only time I played it was in my truck and crows came to it. So if someone has an older caller that uses tapes let me know.

Levers, thanks for the bow stuff!

Blackhawk, if you don't think it'd be greedy of me, I'd like those grips. one pair of mine seems too short for the gun.

Hello Blackhawk,
If noone has spoken for the powder scale, I'd like to.

I want to get into reloading, but I don't have the nerve to spend abunch of money (read: I don't have the nerve to negotiate with my wife about more shooting expenses...but reloading is cheaper than buying factory ammo...right?).

I will go through my good stuff and find something to offer forward, this is great!

OK, I tried PMs again to both of you.
What I'd like to offer forward is making a wooden carrying case for someone's long gun. I could make it with a walnut frame or cherry (or other hardwood), and harwood veneer plywood panels. I'd leave the padding and varnishing for you. I have some average brass hardware hiding around here somewhere that I would put on it.
let me know the dimensions (one gun or two...no 32" goose guns please)

I would love to take you up on that offer... I've been thinking about building one here lately for my Win94 Legacy in 45Colt with a small section for my Ruger 45Colt Vaquero.

But that is a whole lot of work. And shipping would be a big cost too, I'm sure.

Thank you for offering that up though. A very generous one for sure.
