Talk about TEMPTATION...!

.

I'd have done the same thing though; a cool gun (or even a dozen) isn't with the risk of prison .. :(

Colin at least admits he would have been tempted, too...

When the people called the Drunks who are Smoking, shooting, and blowing things up, why was a search warrant needed?

Maybe to search the other 99 gun cases? In these troubled times, I'm not about to say what I would do under those circumstances! :?

Nope, never would I do anything except call local authorities. Anything else would be stupid and insane.

This is from the atf website.....

"To be recognized as C&R items, firearms must fall within one of the following categories:

Firearms which were manufactured at least 50 years prior to the current date, but not including replicas of such firearms;

Firearms which are certified by the curator of a municipal, state, or federal museum which exhibits firearms to be curios or relics of museum interest; and

Any other firearms which derive a substantial part of their monetary value from the fact that they are novel, rare, bizarre, or because of their association with some historical figure, period, or event."

since the rifles in question are over 50 yrs old, could they be purchased with a curio license ?
