My wife made it and she uses olive oil and butter regardless of what that guy advised

We have one but haven't used it in quite some time. I used to love stir fried broccoli in my fried rice.

Haven't thought about woks in years. I was never much good with one, but then I undoubtedly had zero technique. I'd love to make one by hand hammering sometime! Did your wife make that one as part of a class or something?

Little misunderstanding. My wife made the stir fry. I bought the wok through that TV ad You see on YouTube that was on years ago.
