A little help please

A few months ago I read a lengthy article concerning the Stevens 44 and 44 1/2 rifle models. Now when I want it I cant find it. It was either in the Rifleman or in a Gun Digest book.

If anyone remembers this article and knows where to find it I would appreciate the info.

There was I believe a article on the Stevens 44 in the Handloader magazine 2019. Maybe not the one you want but interesting none the less.... :wink:
