Funny but takes and hour or so in the morning to loosen up! Cant wait to see what the next 3 years bring!
30/30 Winchester: Not accurate enough fer varmints, barely adequate for small deer; BUT In a 10" to 14" barrelled pistol; is good for moose/elk to 200 yards; ground squirrels to 300 metres

Not bonkers at all. He mentioned that it helped release the magnesium.
Magnesium is the secret in all this.
My leg cramps and RLS pretty much went away after my chiropractor told me to start taking a magnesium supplement every day.

I also get relief from joint and muscle stiffness/pain using DMSO, or Tiger Balm.

You don't need to roll joints anymore...the stuff today is so potent, you only need a hash pipe. One toke or two and that's all you need.---006

My wife likes to joke that I look like quasimodo first thing in morning while I try to get my body to cooperate.

In my youth, I worked with a fine old gent who summed it up nicely-

"Getting old ain't for chickens. I'm stiff in all the places I used to be limber and limber in all the places I used to be stiff!"
