L.A., Ventura Counties Violated the Law by Closing Gun Stores in Pandemic Shutdowns, Court Rules

Two California counties violated the Constitution’s right to keep and bear arms when they shut down gun and ammunition stores in 2020 as nonessential businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, a federal appeals court ruled Thursday.

I can't view or read it all (due to my stupid adblocker -- but I'm not giving that up...)

L.A.
Go figger.
Washington Gov Jay "fkn" Inslee occasionally tries to enact by fiat such things and gets a rake in the face every time. Washington has a state constitutional 2nd-like Amendment that's stronger than the real one in our national version. (Not that the freakin' communists follow that one any more.  )

What makes it even worse is that if someone sues them over it and wins.....the taxpayers foots the bill. These morons get away with it

During the lockdown UK gun stores were open but could only sell ammo for hunting, target and clay shooters were not supposed to buy ammo.....
