He's bad enough, but the "neighbor" in the story is a frightening reminder that we have so many fascists in our nation (and contrary to the 'narrative' they are almost all DEMOCRATS, not 'conservatives' nor even 'Republicans'... ).

..."During the rioting, she was stuck in place outside the Capitol Building next to multiple police officers for hours after the rioting began due to the fact that so many people were around her and the area had been locked down," the lawsuit states.
"Later, a neighbor who was unhappy that Roice attended the demonstration turned her into the authorities.

Alec Baldwin is a worthless thing. Hopefully he gets sued by even more people.

He has now managed to slither below even the lowest bar he previously set.

Baldwin is the 'victim' now and Hutchins the one to blame....

I hope the family wins. The jury might be able to apply punitive costs to him, too. The punitive money is not necessary, but Texas law allows juries to punish egregious behavior. Those extra fines can be used for other things if the jury and judge agree.

Every time he opens his mouth in the media, I'm sure his lawyer team is pounding heads on desks in frustration...

As far as the shooting...

Ohio, everyone in the chain-of-custody of that handgun could have been popped with a negligent homicide charge.

Any protests from Baldwin himself, upped to a reckless homicide, since he pulled the trigger.

New Mexico law got nothing like that. Best I can find is 'involuntary manslaughter' Chapter 30. Criminal Offenses § 30-2-3

"Involuntary manslaughter consists of manslaughter...in the commission of a lawful act which might produce death...without due caution and circumspection".

Fourth degree felony for NM.

I can't find anything I could use to hang the other gun-handling crew members.

So I'm wondering if that's the reason prosecution is dilly-dallying on charges.

Also interesting - did you know it's a chargeable offense in NM to possess an undocumented pound of mercury? It's a fourth degree felony!

I'm not much for posting links but two days ago on the Fox News website, it stated that AB wanted to continue with the movie a day or two after the shooting. Talk about "missing something upstairs". No guilt, no remorse, no care........a true to the word, piece of feces.
