Slow but steady......

Post by .45colt »

Been several years since we had any decent snow . We caught the west edge of the storm that went up the east coast the past few days , between it and lake effect off of Erie We got 2 feet of snow last night. glad my driveway is only 150' . snowblowed that and went around the house and back to the shed another 80'.got out the 20' roof rake and pulled down a big bunch of snow off the back of the roof. more lake effect tonight. :D  wind is sure howling. yippee. .

Wow!

We only got about 4"-5", just enough to make for a pretty morning. It's blowing around pretty good now. Shoveled the sidewalk and a path for the dogs, the 4x4s will take care of the rest. Probably won't even have to use it the way the wind is blowing.

Enjoy the East Side!!

I'll take lots of snow and mild temps over very little snow and bitter cold with wind any day. Dont miss either of them now.

No Worries here , it climbed to 33* today and more tomorrow. Then it's going back down in temp. I think the last time it was really cold was in Feb of'14 . it was sub zero for the month of February , Lake Erie had 10 feet of ice on it. The local police had the polar bear plunge for charity .they had to get a track hoe to move enough ice to have the event. . Brrrrrrrrr........
