read this in a local paper's police blotter

Failure To Appear

Newtown Police report David Sciaudone, 51, of Sandy Hook was arrested at 12:10 pm December 7 on the charge of second-degree failure to appear. He was released on a promise to appear with a court date of December 21. :?

Do you think he's gonna show?

They finally arrested 35 punks involved in smash and grab in Seattle....all but one was released. :roll:
All the snowflakes are "concerned" about the crime and murder wave, but will do nothing about it.
