American Bulldog candidate No. 3

Post by Scott Tschirhart »

Well, I had to try this out as it does look like it would conceal well. Uberti chambered in .45 Colt.

Dang I like that one too! Very nice
I sold some hand guns a while back & kept a Ruger 454 Alaskan as i wanted a big short hand gun, trade off
is it is heavy but recoil is not bad

I'll have to shoot it to see. The grip is shaped a bit differently than simply an SAA grip that has been rounded. It has a bit more wood in the palm area. It doesn't feel bad in the hand though.

I like that holster too.
I have to get back to my handloads with the Schofield. Darned work thing keeps getting in the way.

My brother has one like that with a 3" octagonal barrel. Carries it in a shoulder rig for winter pig hunts. You can't see it under a jacket, recoil is a little odd even with cowboy loads. The winter pig hunt is coming up... :D

It does. Not marked that way, and this one has some use on it, but I'm sure it is the same gun.
