The Turkey Track Ranch, site of the Adobe Walls. ‘No other like it in Texas.’ Massive ranch goes on sale for eye-popping $200M price tag:

Not sure why anyone would pay that price, unless they're filthy rich, and somehow feel the historic value enhances the property that much?
There are much nicer pieces of property in many Western states, with even more acreage, and a lot less money! And I'd much rather have something around 50,000-70,000 acres, and spend a fraction of that for prettier country!

Vall, not many ranches have Medal of Honor winners buried on them. My great-grandparents had a ranch just upstream of the Turkey Track along the Canadian in a village called Plemmons that no longer exists.

If you have to ask the price, you can't afford it.

I'd prefer a modest 40 acres that backed up to access to BLM/Public Land. But, that ship sailed a long time ago.

I can't see me paying anything extra for whose buried on it. I have the utmost respect for anyone whose received a MOH, but it wont change the value of the property for me.
