Going Through Some Old Photos

I ran across these I took in Mozambique:

My Favorite Road Sign

I watched these guys chop a huge limb off a tree .. let it dry for some months and then carve a fishing boat out of it.

One of the home-made bridges we had to cross. My wife refused to ride with me as I drove across. She go out, walked across and waited for me.

I'll take driving over that bridge anytime rather than eating those rats on sticks.... :shock: :lol:
If more men loved and cherished their wives as much as I love bacon the world would be a much better place.

Crazy, woke up from a dream that included something about Mozambique which I have no connection with.
In the High Desert of Southern Calif. ..."on the cutting edge of going back in time"...

I guess people still eat rat's! Back in the Bronx they call that city chicken! :mrgreen:

Rats on a stick reminds me of grilled "monkey meat on a stick" (like a kabob) in Olongapo City, Phillipines........many years ago while recreating in Port.
