Leather sling

Post by TraderVic »

A good buddy has a new BLR that he wants to set up with a quality custom leather sling. Thought I'd run this by all of you funders for any recommendations you might have.
Thanks, Vic

Montana Sling is by far my favorite. I use it on my Win 30-30, and it has a Butt Stock cover on it by Leavergun Leather to increase length of pull. I cut leather straps to fit. I think 3-4 then the BS Cover on top. Gives me an increase from 13.5 to slightly over 14" for my long arms. Levergun Leatherworks stuff is 1st class! He'll design what you need to suit most anything, great person!
I wish I knew how to post pics of it, it looks great to me.
I used the same sling on several 22 rifles for past 10 years, lotta miles and use on it. Still looks great
