Tempted to buy this a hand made soper style action in 357.Might be a fun gun to go after deer with

That's a new one on me. Never seen one before. Looks like a variation on the Tabatier or Zulu shotgun action, but with the hammer in line instead of a sidelock. :) I find such designs fascinating. How does the extractor work? Am I right in deducing that the lever in front of the trigger guard would be used to extract the cartridge?

I haven t seen it in person but it is online for sale locally.I assume you are right about the shell extraction.I m going to talk to the owner to see what he says

that is interesting... i wonder about the history... it looks like a conversion from muzzle loader maybe .....
