It's a wonderful life

It's a wonderful life !

Yeah right !

Checked my email this AM to find out parts of a trip I'd just booked in the last three weeks for FEBRUARY/MARCH 2022 were already CANCELLED !

I realize it's a difficult time etc etc .

But this whole thing is a joke . Had flights for july august of this year that hasn't even arrived yet cancelled three months ago . Now I got thru that clusterfu.. again and not even a month after booking for flights almost a year away theyre cancelling the stuff already :x :x :x

FWIW this is the FIFTH time I've had flights cancelled trying to get back to the Philippines since the crud started .

Sounds like you may need to buy a boat. Sorry to hear you’re having such a hard time getting to your family.

If I could express my sympathy without describing the folks running the Airlines, I would. If I tried, all of my words would be changed due to being unfit for polite discourse.

Sorry to hear about this again ! It's nuts. We spent last week in Muriel's Inlet SC . I couldn't be leave how packed everything was . All the restaurants , bars , stores, fishing , everything was busy. My Brother in Law flew in from Cleveland , we picked Him up at the airport He said His roundtrip ticket on Spirit was $60.00. It was like the covid never happened . I hope things improve for You.

6 Point,
You worry too much.....you have enough Parker shotguns to make a bridge to the Philippines. Just line em up and wear rubber boots so you don't mess with the finish......and walk real fast.......If ya need help, let me know and I'll throw in a few 1886's to help ya out.-----

Actually I’m doing pretty well ! Ten years ago I’d be cutting loose with expletives to the worker bees in the call centers . So far I maintain my composure as I’m quite certain they can’t make flights happen just to appease me . But it is quite frustrating to say the least . As to the Parkers they’re still expanding a bit but the Browning Superposed are lessening the 410 , 28 , both 20’s and one of the 12’s have left me . Leaves me with three 12 gauge Superposed .

Yea...something is going on...lots of it don't make sense, especially your flights that are made for the future......I just got back from runnng errands and people are nuts!....every person who got behind me was right on my bumper..and I move right along.....lines at the gas station.......people we know told us their son was bringing horses from S.C. to Kentucky and they are running on fumes as every gas station is out of gas.. .....they are probably on the side of the road now....

Good..,,those who voted for Biden deserve it....

Yes sir , wife daughter and especially The King (grandson) . Kinda hard explaining over and over to a five year old that’ll be atleast six before I see him in person again . Last time I saw him in person he was still three .

Hang in there, Sir.

BTW, anybody thinking that some arrogant idiot in socialist administration planned the pipeline hack that shut it down? I'd give it even money

I can identify. Right now I'm awaiting the chance to fly north on a flight reserved back around the first of the year. So far things have gone smoothly, at least the airports I leave from, arrive to or touch at are not shut down. Last year at this time I was requesting a refund as the airlines had to cancel the flights due to airport closures. International family is hard to keep up with, especially when transportation issues crop up. Grandkids are the best, but we only get to see ours every three years or so. We do our best to make our time with them pleasant and memorable, but three years is a LOONG time to be away while they're growing so quickly. I pray you are able to get things lined up to travel sooner than later.
