Whittington Center?

Post by Tycer »

My wife is going to a week long thing there. Wants me to tag along but I can’t be part of the program or stay with her.
Should I stay or should I go?
Kind regards,
Tycer

By all means, go. Take lots of guns and ammo They have ranges there for every sort of shooting activity. Guarantee you'll be impressed.

Its worth it to sit out on a porch and watch the Pronghorns and deer walk around.

20 or so miles north to Trinidad State Junior College, home of the P.O. Ackley gunsmith skool. Go take a tour, if ya need something blued / repaired take it along.
If you like to fish there are a few lakes in CO that are close by.

Another vote for "Go along!". If you've never been there, it's a lovely place indeed. I'm looking forward to a visit there in mid-June, the Good Lord willing. It's the best, most complete shooting range I've ever visited. Shotgun, Rifle, Handgun, they've got something for everyone. The 1025 meter White Buffalo target is a real hoot.

Now that is a shame. I was hoping we could at least meet over a cup of coffee!

I'm always up for a trip to a place I've never been to before.

Been there done that loved it. Spent a week there, had a great time.
I flew out there with a bunch of my guns and a ton of ammo. In today's world they would have locked me up as a terrorist.
Small airport about a mile south with rental cars.
10mm, when you care enough to send the very best.
