Win 904 Cowboy Commemorative

Post by Ray Newman »

Colleagues: nephew has Win 94 Cowboy Commemorative that needs a replacement front sight. What was the Winchester front sight for this M94-- blade or bead? Thanks for any help.
The most important aspect of this signature line is that you don't realize it doesn't say anything significant until you are just about done reading it & then it is too late to stop reading it....

ISTR that it was a post, similar to the other carbine or trapper commemoratives.

And, that is one of the best front sights Winchester ever used. It gives e a great sight picture through a receiver sight IMO.
