Announced by Ruger about an hour ago.
Nothing else from Remington - just the Marlin Firearms part, and if I read the announcement, just the guns, parts, stuff in process, designs and brand. Real estate isn't part of this. I'm assuming manufacturing machinery is, though Ruger said the firearms will be made in existing Ruger facilities, and they may want to update/modernize manufacturing.
$30M USD for the deal. In cash.
The nice thing is Ruger said in their statement that they "couldn't pass up the deal", and further that "the important thing for consumers, retailers and distributors to know at this point in time is that the Marlin brand and its great products will live on. Long Live the Lever Gun!"
