Excellent advice!
If more men loved and cherished their wives as much as I love bacon the world would be a much better place.

That's me to a "T". Never did like most anybody. I only have two good friends and that's the way I plan to keep it. I probably get along here (for the most part :D ) is because I know you guys ain't coming here.

There's just something about most people and I just don't like that "something". Could be the way about 99% of people I have met have always tried to screw me over in one way or another. --------------6

Oh, that is me in spades!

My wife can't understand how I can possibly have so many posts here, or how I can survive in sales, as she says I am one of the most anti-social people she knows! I explain that I do the latter to provide for my family, and the former because you guys are one of the few groups that actually interests me!

Dunno. She Who Puts Up With Me found it on Stalker Central, errr I mean Facebook. I had her email it to me then I saved it to the magic black box.

I also printed it out and hung it above my bench at work...

There's an old saying about "being able to choose your friends". Now I know it ends with " but not your family", but it could just as well end with "but not those you work with". And for most that's true, a rare few of us are lucky enough to choose our work mates/employees. Still, unless you somehow never have to deal with customers, you still have to deal with them.

The trend in "social" media had an early example in Classmates.com. Now, if I didn't keep in contact with some one from high school or college, there was a reason. So why would I now want to reconnect with someone I found wanting? I just don't get it.

I am slightly more social, but not too much so. If everyone were totally dependent on the approval of others, then then this world would not be worth living in.
