Thanks EG73, It seems like a pretty volatile mixture and I was thinking more along the lines as a primer than a propellant, I don't think I would be happy with large amounts of the stuff.

I used to be friends with a couple of gun dealers who would let me take guns home to try out but sadly I have moved too far away now. A semi auto shotgun is not on my list at the moment but I am hoping to acquire more hunting ground in the near future so I will keep the gforce in mind..

There is supposed to be a made in turkey new martini shotgun in 12 and 20 ga coming on the market sometime this year I am wary of some Turkish made guns but a Martini 20 gauge would get my attention...
