I have always thought that I must surround myself with as much happiness as possible to stay healthy. I do not feel that I could work in the penal system in any position. If I surround myself with feces, some is bound to get on me. My fear is that I can't wipe it all off and it'll build up over time...

I remember reading your posts on that. Nicely done. Good pics.

I went the cheap route and cut 3 coils off the spring, de-tensioned the trigger return spring, and cut the lower leg off the hammer spring guide rod.

I'm not Scott, but 13 grains of 2400 under the Cast Performance 180 WFN GC seated to 1.59" gives me 1500 fps and 1570 at 1.80" OAL. Firm crimp, WSPM primers.

:D :D :D :D I was baiting ya TT Someone had cut a thin strip of the proper thickness feeler gauge and attached it to the hammer just in front of the sear notch. It worked perfectly to set trigger pull. They had done it as a temporary try to determine the perfect sear notch depth. Apparently it worke...

I have one like that and it's cracked there too.

My thought was to drill and tap it and use hardened screws to hold it together. It was obviously not a great design as we now know of three that are cracked in the same spot.

Don't forget the exit pupil needs to match your eye for ease of use. In low light, your eye's pupil is ~7mm. 6x7=42 4x7=28 I've been reading a bunch on scope choices recently and don't think I need more than 4x in any situation I'll run across.
