Re: Cap Gun Combo
Way cool Six! I was never allowed toy guns. My dad said that guns are tools and not toys. When the kids got together with squirt guns I had a spray bottle. My brother brought me a very nice cap revolver when he returned from Wiesbaden Germany in ‘69 and I never got to play with it. Dad did let have ...

I’ve only had the one SA, the Blackhawk Buckeye and it’s 6 1/2”. I like it okay. Every K-frame Smith I’ve liked were 4” so I think those 4 5/8” are really appealing.

This Sunday’s sermon.
An acquaintance of mine is the pastor of a small church in VT. This is today’s sermon. I think it’s going to be one of my all-time favorites. So poignant for the times. And when Pharaoh drew near, the children of Israel lifted their eyes, and behold, the Egyptians marched after them. So they were ve...

My contribution to the .32WCF party. I've had the '92 since my senior year in college. The $438 dollars I spent on it was every last buck I had at the time. Still glad I bought it. Getting them both to the same POA included a switch to JSP bullets. The S&W won't shoot cast bullets for snot. htt...

Safelite Glass Co warning.
Apparently it’s SNAFU at Safelite to send away vehicles with forward facing cameras if there are any stored codes. The parent company will not allow the shops to work on them. They give no notice of this until they send you away. My local Honda dealership says they get hundreds of calls from upset f...

[ That's one reason we don't fly anymore! I hated having to pack my pocket knife in my baggage before a flight, and then not have it. I have been carrying pocket knifes daily since I was probably 9 or 10 years old, even in Grade school, around 1970- 71. It was common back then. We even played "Stretch" and other games with them at recess. I used to carry an old Barlow and those cheap knifes you could win at the Carnival...

I have the M73G4 on my Remington Model 25. It came with a WWII era that was toast and the Malcolm 2.5x is a spitting image and has great clarity nice crosshairs. It’s a 3/4” tube so light transmission is not comparable to my modern glass but I like it.

I’m kind of a steel snob. The Moore’s use mostly 1095 carbon steel. It’s an old steel and takes a good edge but doesn’t retain it as well as modern steels. It also rusts without care. The M-4 puts the AK to shame unless your house clearing…… I personally can’t make that claim as a blanket claim. Inside 250 the AK is a better stopper. Accuracy is plenty good in a well-built one. Outside of 250 the flatter shooting 556 wins. Mag changes are about the same and as far as robustness ...
