...Did you happen to catch "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" last night? They did a home for a National Guardsman, currently deployed in Iraq. He lived in Virginia. Made me think of you then (I know, VA is a big state). My son actually caught it before I did - he said "Dad! Dad! Look -...

What caliber is he shooting? It's a .22LR with a Super 16 barrel. You done good! No other round lessens the fear of shooting, and builds their confidence faster. Accurate, cheap, quiet and little recoil - even a kid can shoot them for hours on end - and just want more (I'm just a big kid!). Excelle...

I distain bipartisanship. If someone wants to be bipartisan, that's fine, as long as they come over to my point of view. I see no honor in selling out on one's positions to "get along". The other side certainly approaches politics from this angle - we need to as well! I like Reagan's respo...

Sometime invite a friend of his and their dad (or mom, or both) over to shoot as well. Your kid will need some shooting buddies down the road, and it never hurts to have lots of pro-gun kids in the citizenry. Our kids' friends have come over to shoot (with parent permission) and some of the parents...
