The Hornady #7 book lists that bullet and TITEGROUP in 38spl with a C.O.L. of 1.1450" as 3.0 to 4.7grains in a S&W M15 w/4" barrel. Longshot was not listed. HTH Just checked the rifle section, in a Rossi M92 chambered in .357 it shows TITEGROUP running from 2.8gr to 4.3gr with a C.O.L....

So does a 30 carbine, but several die makers have them. Then again, the 45/70 is a lot larger, requiring more carbide for the resizing die, which increases cost.

I checked the Milpitas, ca Walmart and the ammo cabinet was pulled and replaced with standard shelving, all they had left was a bit of 12g shot ammo, a bit of 30/06 Rem ammo and a bit of .410 shot ammo. I actually reload the .32NAA, which is a 380 necked down to a 32. But I would reload the 380 regardless, factory ammo is way to pricey for me, and it can be hard to find. You can find tons of bullets to use because the 9mm is the same .355 and if in a pinch, one can trim 9mm to size to fit the .380...

My brother had a PPK for his wife, she didn't like it so he sold it and got a NNA Mini in 22mag to stuff in her purse. :roll: Me, I've got a Colt Govt. 380. Guys, it was just a test with one round in a Ruger New Vaquero and one round in a Marlin 1894c. The New Vaquero went pop/bounce and the 1894c went bang with the round going MAYBE 4" into the stack of phone books, both from around 4 inches above the books.
