Why a scout on a BLR? They're D&Td for standard mounts. I always thought the scout mounts were created for top eject or non-tapped receivers.

I believe your shoulder will be stuck before a case. You can load any of Paco's velocities with appropriate powders and never stick a case. I've had a 450 over 1900fps without any sign of sticking.
