Hmmm - thoughts on BLR accuracy - :D Sometimes there are golf balls on the range at about 95 yds. I think this is the most dependable rifle I have to HIT them with. I have at least 20 rifles that are capable of sub inch groups.

Re: BLR .22-250

The Japanese BLRs are finely made rifles and usually very accurate and of course the common use of the 22-250 is long range varmint. Don't know the current prices but those steel BLRs are definitely worth having if you like them.

Re: Battery examination, suggestions?

On the Knife - it is a Sheffield Bowie, 6 inch blade - if you go to their web site you can find many choices as to blade length and handle material. It was about $80. And by the same case head I meant .470" - you could make 22-250s out of 30-06s if you had to.

I'll check your BLR thread.

I like the 22-250 because it uses the same case head size as the 30-06 class which simplifies things on the RL 550.

Of Course, aw, there is the off site battery retention program where I hold and maintain the guns for you and periodically function test them. For the purposes of Calif law I would have to take "technical ownership" but of course, you still OWN them and can have them back when you want. :D
