I once lost an Ithica SxS 20 ga for 4 or 5 years, only found it when we were moving. I could not begin to explain why it was broken down in the back of a closet shelf behind a bunch if sweaters. Keep looking!

I have a pair of Danners that have an ungodly number of miles on them. Had them resoled about 8 years ago and they are about due for another. While just leather I have always used Snow Seal on them and they are plenty waterproof unless you are standing in water.

I have a cap gun that looks like a colt 1903 Pocket that uses roll caps. My mom got it for me when I was about 5 or 6. It's quite realistic looking and freaked out a few neighbors.

Very nice, should be tons of fun!

Have two, a Shiloh 45-100 and an original 1863 50-70 conversion. Both are a hoot, the Shiloh is gorgeous and spooky accurate while the 50-70 oozes history and is compact (though not light).

Had a beautiful Police Positive Special Target come apart in my hand like the above sixgun. Not my gun or loads, probably a double charge of Titegroup although the owner said he extremely careful. No injury to me but it took a while to get over the flinch.

35, grandfather started me out with a .32 percussion gun at 4. First cartridge gun was a 32-20 martini cadet at 7. Been prepping brass as long as I can remember and loading unsupervised since 13. Started casting around then too.

Accurate molds are excellent and Tom is a wonderful guy. I have 8 or 9 of his molds and there are are always more I'm eyeing.

The reason he doesn't do round or spire point designs is that he makes his molds by lathe boring, not a cherry.

The gent that married my wife and I had been the curator of the Henry Ford Museum in the 70s. He showed me a Polaroid of the medal that Hitler gave Henry Ford for his contributions to German manufacturing, needless to say that isn't on display at the museum!
