It’s a Skinner sight and I have them on a number of Marlins. Fully adjustable and you never see the brass while lookin through the rear sight.

I attend a Bible Study each Sunday morning in a very non-permissive environment. I carry my everyday carry gun there and don’t ever worry about it.

However we were invited to a regular church service on Sunday and I generally stay shy of organized religion. A different environment to be sure.

I’ve never owned one but I grew up reading about the cartridge in a TC Contender pistol and its use on varmints.

Now that we are beyond COVID the ammunition seems to be readily available.

I remember that Terry Murbach kept meticulous records and I know varmint hunters who keep track of every round. I’ve never done this but I think I know why. I was shooting a brand new Colt SAA today just to see where the sights were compared to the group. I had mixed results. See below. But I think ...

Such bandoliers were very popular among Mexican bandits and freedom fighters. Can’t say I’ve seen anyone wearing a bandolier in over 40 years. That involved a photo shoot with John Bianchi.

Might need to make this a new fashion statement.

A man could spend a lot of money trying to get a Single Six to shoot better and might end up where he started.

I think I would try several different brands of ammo if it was me. If no that didn’t work, I’d fire lap the bore and see what happens.
