Our shop is buying leverguns and selling them. However, prices are, to my thinking, just a bit high. On the other hand, the dollar isn't worth what it was and that has to be accounted for as well. CCI Standard Velocity does have better reputation than the Green Tag among local 50BR shooters. I've been using SK Standard Plus in my 52C-HB this past season because that's all I've been able to get.

Test show that if one does go off you likely wouldn't be missing fingers. .38s I don't worry about EXCEPT don't use wadcutters. Now hot .357s, I'd be wary but I use FPs or HPs anyway.

Not an expert but recently picked up a 52C and after research don't think the checkering is factory. That's a Ken Viani mount on it. Just put the T-36 Weaver on today. They want me to shoot this Sunday! I don't think so.
