I've been debating on a Skinner sight for my old Marlin 336 Texan in 35 Remington.
I'm still not sure yet. it's a 1954 model that I don't want to alter from factory setup!

My great grandfather died when I was 13. I still remember his stories of World War 1.

About a month ago my local gun shop had a pristine model 37 in stock! it had the red lettering {Winchester} on the bottom of the receiver. I think it was in 20 gauge if memory serves me correctly.
The price was $500! seems like quite a bit of sheckle's for a basic single shot!

I recently came across a 1962 made Winchester model 94 in 32 spl.
It looks unfired to me! Not a bump or mark on it anywhere!

Thats a union 58 cal mini ball fired from a Springfield musket.
Your bullets appear to be dropped on the battlefield.
There doesn't appear to be any deformity of the rounds.

Ok earl, she had a little movement, but not much! I let a couple drops of Hoppe's #9 sit a few minutes. I cleaned it out with a cute tip. A little bit of fouling.
