Re: 336CB 38-55 worth?
Looked on GB and saw guns from $1500 to $1800. Is this what these things are going for? Is that the listing price, or a SOLD price? Do You have the Box and papers? that adds a lot. I'd start at $1,500 and go from there. Any dealer around You have a current Blue Book of Gun Values? I agree, except f...

Any Guitar Players Here ? ? ?
See below... I can't say it works all that well, but it's pretty close in my experience... Whether the guitar player scored a 6, an 8 or a 10 -- he unplugged his guitar, put it in the case and left with a solid-state amp in his left hand, the chick in his right hand (with her carrying the guitar) ju...

Did anyone ever look at a mail order site called Mack's Prairie Wings ? Waterfowl hunting gear? Yes. Guns or ammo? No, not from them. I like their selection, their service & shipping is great -- and fast -- and while the catalog is 1/2 as thick as it used to be (yup, I'm old school) they are st...

"The Battle for Narvik" -- WWII, Norway
You don't see too many WWII movies about Norway, or at least I haven't seen too many, but this one is really very good. My twin brother told me about it and it turns out we'd both watched it (Netflix) on the same night. From the listing on Rotten Tomatoes (but there's no scores yet -- it's too new):...
