Ok, was thinking something like that from your description. I guess I've always carried a sheath knife attached to my belt (hanging outside, off the belt). You and others must have a good reason to carry like that.

Well... the roof is made out of 16ft cattle panels and a tarp so I just popped them back up and put in a center support. My tractor mechanic recommended switching from straight 30W to 5 or 10 - 40 quite awhile back. Yep, in the north country weak batteries in anything don't contribute to reliable starts. I suspect Marlin will take awhile to get production moving the way it needs to and reintroduce their signature lines of leverguns.
Hopefully they'll bring back numerous "limited/exclusive runs" of unique rifles like they used to do for Davidsons.

Lenn, I too, wish I were much closer to help you out a bit. I would drive my tractor over and plow you out. The old IH766 is a pretty good old gal.
