I usually run mudders, so I never see that kind of mileage. But I will definitely get close with the Falkens on my Gladiator. They are fantastic tires.

Seems like I clean up snow every day. No big amounts, but seems like between and inch to 4 inches over and over.

Just the opposite for me. While I like the looks of the Navy grip, the Army grip fits me much better. I always wondered why they didn't use the Army grip on the SAA.

Been sitting around all week. Kristy has been pretty sick, so ive been staying close. Think she caught the crud going around from our granddaughter that she watches a couple days a week. At least she hasn't had a fever.

It's the biggest reason I shoot revolvers more now. I took a 20 year break from .357. Now it's probably my most used cartridge.
For some reason, I don't have as big an issue with lever actions and losing brass. I still shoot them more than any other rifle action.

Another 10 below morning. No wind, so it's not really cold.
When you start getting to about 20 below it starts feeling cold. Put a wind on it, and anything below zero gets to you unless you're really dressed for it.

For me a rear peep, and most importantly, a squared front post. Either the early Winchester carbine block and pin arrangement, or anything that has a squared post. I dislike round beads of any type.

For hunting or high velocity loads I use a 158gr XTP. I'd probably be better served with a 180, but I have a pile of .357 revolvers and only one rifle.
For general field or range work I used 158gr round nose plated for many years, but I've switched to 158gr SWC Acme coated.

No problem. These were Lee Factory I believe. The brass is old Remington. I've also had success with the old Winchester 1874 tong tool.
I've had pretty good luck overall with 38-40. For me, it has taken a lot less fussing with than 44-40.
