My suggestion would be: Don't deal with Midway call Brownells and they have people on staff who can answer any question you have? Midway's ever rising shipping costs have driven me away from dealing with them, recently.

Not at all, both my son and I used our .35 Remington 336s. The lodge was very hunter friendly. There were guys there that used bigger stuff but, we didn't think it neccessary.

I just read SIGNS, by Jim Taylor. Is there any actual stories of such an event happening in American history amoung the native people's lives? Being a people of the earth, they must of witnessed something. Without a written history, I suppose much is lost.Thanks, Jim.

Post 64 model 94 stock and handguard removal?

How do I remove the stock and handguard from a post 64 model 94 Winchester? The front sight doesn't seem to have any screws? I drove the sight post out of it's dovetail but, no screw under it. How is the front sight and base attached?
Any help would be greatly appreciated? TIA.

I just bought a Winchester model 94, 30/30 made in 1979. Looks new from the picture and comes with original box. Should be here next week or so? It's been a while.

When I was a kid, I would have given the right side of my male anatomy for a S&W K22 and a Marlin 39A. Still have all my anatomical parts and at least one of both of these guns for all my adult life. Maybe, patients is a virtue?
