I guess it depends on if you want a shooter or a collector's piece. Figure the price of a new Rossi up, depending on how bad the finish is. If the blues solid the wood is easily refinished. Best '92 ever made. I'd pay $600 for one that just needs the wood refinished in a heartbeat.

I've got (had) two 300 Blackout setups.... a Remington AAC SD 700 with a 16", 1-7" twist, suppressor ready barrel and (had) an AR15 15" LAR side-charging upper with a 16" 1-8" twist Stoner barrel. I decided to let go of the AR platform as I'll never replace my .223/5.56 guns...

Have you shot the DPMS gun before? Over the last several months I've had four, brand new DPMS factory guns come to me for repairs, none would cycle factory ammo. The gas key was loose on all four. Tightened 'er down and staked it....no more problems.

Just something to check.

I don't think Kick-Ezz pads have the dreaded steel plate, I've never ground into one anyway. They come in several sizes and thicknesses and are the easiest pad to grind I've ever fitted.
