That they do, but I just wish they weren't so heavy and patterned after the Marlins. They average about 1½ lbs heavier than the 92's and that's a lot when you're talking about a 6 lbs carbine.

I'm just glad that I got my equipment and components when I did. I've got everything I need to load 7 pistol and 9 rifle calibers with a relaxing cadence which I like about handloading. In fact, the last new caliber I added was back in 2014; a .300 Savage. As I've said before, I did upgrade to a 750...

Don't get me wrong, I'm not advocating stopping the hobby of handloading my own, I'm just wondering if the prices of equipment and components have gotten so high that less people will give it a try. I for one, would still handload my loads even if the price per rd was higher than commercial stock. T...

I made up these loads last winter and had planned to test them out in the spring, however, stuff happened and I didn't make it out until now. My son is a condensed matter physicist who works for NIST, a National Lab in Boulder, CO. What with the fire danger and red flag warnings closing the range, Sunday was the first time I'd been out there is a long time. Stock design and weight are definitely big factors in felt recoil. My Springfield M1A with a steel buttstock is a joy to shoot while my Win Model 70 in 30-06 with the same level loads (150grn bullet @ 2,850 fps) is more harsh with it's steel buttstock. I like LilGun in a rifle, particularly a .357. Lower pressures with great velocity. But, as has been noted, it will heat up your barrel.
