I was looking around the Saeco web sight this morning and I found something I had never heard of before, tapered bullets . It appears and makes sense that you would shoot these as cast because of the taper of the bullet, .375 at the front to .381 at the base of the bullet. For those of us with 38-55...

I am on my lap top with the verizon air card 100 present of the time now. When I am on the road I am out for 3-5 weeks at a time, without a lap top there would be no way of feeding my lever gun addiction.

For defense I would use the Winchester silver tips. My objective in a defensive position is to stop the aggressor as fast as possible with me being the winner. Cowboy Action loads are meant to go ding on a steel plate, Silver tips are meant to eat meat. You pick witch one you want in a gun fight.
