Chuck, thanks for the reply,had a large loop with saddle ring in my hands the other day and it sure was a nice handling gun, 16"barrel.Don't know if it will replace my marlin 44p,but there is room in the cabinet for one more.

considering that the bolt is a moving part,can one expect the same accuracy as a tang sight,wich is mounted on a non moving part? Is any one using a bolt peep for hunting?This would be on a puma 357 thanks.

I was fondling a new S&W shield the other day,it was selling for msrp (449) ,so I put it back.

I use the reduced sluggers from Remington,every deer I've shot, looked like I shot'em with a golf ball.Although I've not shot more than 50yds.Inexpensive and adequate,love'em.

In PACO'S book he relates a story of taking on a pack of feral dogs with a 22 cal. revolver, wasn't till the shoot'in stopped that he realized it was a 22 mag.It worked then ,it should work now.
