His extractor is very hard, doesn't hardly move with thumb pressure -- more like a real extractor should work. I am hoping it was just a bad parts run on a few early ones or some...

I certainly would never be interested in selling, I want to see if they will make it right. Perhaps they didn't harden the part properly, who knows. We'll see what they have to say.
