anyone know whats up with NEI's website its been down for a couple days
scary part is that i ordered a mould from them the day before the site went down
ok i just used some 600grit paper and a dowel to ream the sizing die out to 454 :shock: it is actually pretty round (within .0002)and my bullets are nice and shinny whan they come out of the die. now i have to wait for my bullet lube from midway and hopefully my NEI mould will show up soon then hope...
hmm all of that doe make sense but if the neck is oblong to begin ith and you size the neck wouldnt the inside of the neck be unifom case to case? the you cut the case necks to remove the extra brass making the neck round inside and out.
or am i just crazy?
nice set up i just have one 3x4 bench dedicated to my loading stuff and all my casting equip fits in a 5gal bucket minus alloy. well i guess im goin to have to buy another gun to exapnd my loading bench (hmm 223 357 30-06 45acp 45colt hmm a 30-30 or 45-70 may be in order )
thanks again for all the advise i did check the barrel around the frame when i was cleaning all that lead out and it didnt seem to constrict there the forcing cone sounds like that might be the culprit but i and going to lapp the sizing die out and try a diffrent bullet lube first if that doen't sol...
