Removing the dilated metal only compounds the problem..
Using a flat-faced punch, carefully peen the displaced material "flat", to refill the odd civots in the bolt face.

Well, 25-30-35 years ago, when I was in my orime, I used to shoot my .454, just for fun. 300 to 325 grain cast bullets, @1700 fps. Sounds to me like your sizer die is putting a little too much Squeeze on thar tough Starline brass..
And yes, Starline is generally thicker and harder/tougher than most other brands. Not a Fault; just the way it is..

The Miroku-made 86es have little to no leade or throat forward end of the cchamber.
I've had to throat-ream a dozen or more, for cast bullet loads.
A .458" piloted reamer does the job nicely..
