I tried the sonic cleaner method, could only do small batches. Knock out the primers, add steel pins, fill water just until cases are covered, a little simple green ( what I have) 1/4 cup or so, seal up and turn on, leave for about 45 minutes. Everything looks new including the primer pockets. Machi...

Well I am guilty! A few day of ground squirrel shooting is fun for me! Feral cats, jack rabbits, coyotes are also in the fun game. Used to shoot badgers then it hit me, hey they are hunting ground squirrels and the fact that a friend had a pet badger, I quite shooting them. Yes sir, guilty as charged!

Yeppers a great tumbler! Thumler's Tumbler Had mine since 65 , when I went to replace the belt , about 10 years of use, the extra I had on the shelf was brittle and crumbled in my hands. I have a wildcat cartridge, a 20 Vartarg, that was splitting the necks! I knew the chamber was alright, it was the resizing die that was resizing the neck too much and the the expander ball was stretching, with difficulty, back to a larger diameter. It was working the neck brass way to much. I bough...

From what I have read on the computer, so it has to be true ! Mag springs, tube springs and such, do not take a set from being stored compressed. What weakens the springs in the repeated compress and decompress. So I take it they weaken as you use them repeatedly . Better springs last longer ...
