This is a Great deal. I have had the exact same Gun but in 28 gauge for several years. the Viper is made by Armsan. Tristar has Excellent customer service. As I have said many times on Shotgun World If I was forty years Younger I would have a Viper in all five gauges. Good Luck with the sale.

We don't always have to kill a critter to have a Great Hunt. forty five years ago , bow hunting before tree stands and four wheelers , I would flush a lot of Ruffed Grouse to and from My hunting area. now they are Gone from Ohio. Just getting out is Enough. Glad You had a Great Day. :D .

The common sense question would be to the "Armorer" is when was the firearm last inspected ???. do You have a log book about the condition of "YOUR FIREARMS". has it been dry fired 50,000 times? when was it last cleaned? Any weapon that could chamber and fire a live round should certainly be maintai...

Of the Levers I have the .338 Express would fill the bill . I've never shot them past 100yd. when it first came out on of the members on Marlin owners scored several 300 yard kills on whitetails. Remlin dropped the ball on it . they had their hands full trying to make 30-30's. too bad.

I fell in love with SXS in the early Eighty's and set up a Browning BSS 30" for trap. maintained my AA average for a twelve week winter league. shooting a SXS really upset a lot of people off. It wouldn't hurt to place an order with them. In early march I ordered 250pc of 44-40 brass , in late August I got an e-mail to re submit my card info as they were about three weeks from My order. and who would have thunk that I did get it in September. better late than never. :shock: :D .
