I have shot quite a few of them.I don't think I ever shot one that didn't spray!1 and a 1/4 oz. of #6 shot works real good.I saw one hit with an arrow and that was real interesting.

If you are talking about Diamond Valley Lake check the regs for boats as far as kayaks and small boats.They are finicky about what goes in the lake!I think they allow the sit in type kayaks only.The type you sit on top are banned there and at Lake Skinner also.Lake Hemet does'nt allow small craft at...

Thank you! I thought I might keep bullets on the heavy side and keep the speed down.
I would like to go upwards of 200gr at around 2300-2500 fps.Maybe even a round nose.

I have had good results with the LVR powder also.I loaded them at 35gr and get 2250fps

The longer barreled gun comes in 1-9" but I like the carbine.I just thought with the 1-12"
twist it may not shoot the 62gr and up very well.More than likley I would load the 50 or 53gr
vmax anyway.Its nice to know that if I picked up some 62gr that it would shoot it well.

Thats a great looking gun.I like the way the scope rail is integral in the action.Its one less weak link that can loosen.My Ruger Hawkeye is sort of that way and I believe the Tikka T3 is also.Now if a scope could have integral rings built into the scope we could eliminate another so called weak link.

I just chronoed some loads with 35.3gr of leverevo powder with a 170gr Hornady Interlock
in my marlin 336c, 30-30.They clocked 2250fps at 15'.Very happy with speed and accuracy
and not even near max load.

My Grandmother had alot of those machines.She had a shop selling and repairing
sewing machines but mostly delt with Viking machines.I have a 1955 Viking that works

No real expertise here other than shooting a 458 lott in a Ruger#1 with the factory sights.
Recoil was stiff about like shooting slugs in a 12ga.I was able to hit a 10" gong at 100yrd off
hand with the factory iron sights and 500gr solids.That gong thumped hard that day!

I got the Swiss Army Knife in the "Camper" version.I dont know what ever happened
