OT-Old Coin Question
My wife and I enjoy buying old coins. We have a decent collection of Morgans and such from the mid to late 1800s. Last week we bought a Seated Liberty Half Dollar from 1858. It is amazing to hold a 150 year old coin! We are wondering what a Half Dollar would have bought in 1858? Anybody know how we ...

In the County I live in (a suburb of Nashville), every High School has a Trap team. They did a segment about it on Shooting USA several years ago. You had big kids, small kids, girls, boys, Berettas and NEF Pardners all competing against each other. I think it is the greatest thing since sliced brea...

Here is my Rodeo in .45 Colt. I really like this pistol. I had talked to Gary Granger about getting one in .44 Special, but the wait was long and I stumbled into a deal on this one. This one is smooth and has very tight tolerences. Shoots good too! [img][img]http://i10.photobucket.com/albums/a145/sh...

Watch the price on some of those 21's and you may learn to love it! The originals bring a lot of money at auction. Woody First of all, you didn’t post any pictures, without pics it’s very hard to do an assessment. The barrel can easily be bored and rifled to 38-55, or a new barrel can be made for it in the original caliber. Mike Hunter www.Hunterrestorations.com Click on the above link that Mike Hunter has ...

I have a quick question guys. I hope I'm not hijackin'! I took a little bend out of that short spring that lays under the big spring to help the trigger pull on my 94. It seems to work fine, but I haven't shot it yet. The action is smoother and the trigger is lighter. Ya'll see any problems with my ...

Gruhn Guitars in Nashville is my favorite slobber shop. In the late 70s I bought a used Les Paul Deluxe from him. It was an early 70s model and he took it on trade. Compared to the stuff he usually carries it was nothing more than something he wanted to get out of the shop I suppose. I wish I still ...

Trigger on my Winchester 94...
is a bit too heavy and has creep. It is a mid-seventies version with the flat mainspring. Anybody have any home-brew ideas to help it out some? I wish Wolff sold a reduced-power flat spring, but it doesn't look like they do. I wish it had the coil spring as I think they are a little smoother. Thanks...
